Recently moved to the property and feel completely at home. From the amazing customer service provided from the leasing team, (Kevin and Brittney), to the promptness of concerns answered from the on grounds maintenance team, I truly am at home!

I had a great experience with my move. Brittany made everything an easy and smooth transition. She’s very personable and want to make sure you are satisfied. Maintenance addressed any issues moving in right away. I love the location and the staff is great.

As a new resident from out of state, I found the transition process at Brier Creek to be smooth and straightforward. Brittany provided excellent support, and Mikhaela was also very helpful. My experience here has been welcoming and inclusive so far. The staff promptly answered all my questions. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for the privacy of an apartment along with access to public amenities and a sense of community.

I enjoyed my time there, apartment was modern and very spacious. The location was great and next to essential shops and great restaurants/bars. Maintenance was usually very quick about fixing an issue. However the star of my stay was Brittany in the office! She is so personable and sweet and when talking with her it feels like you're talking to family and not a leasing agent. I went through a very traumatic injury and Brittany helped me more then some of my family did. Whenever there was something wrong Brittany always stepped in and fixed or did her best to fix the issue, that type of service is rare and doesn't go unnoticed! She genuinely made my stay here better. If you decide to live here, make sure you speak with Brittany first!
