I have lived here for the past 6 years as tenant and on several occasions had to deal with the office staff. So far, Kevin Morrow and his team comprising Fred and Gabriel have been excellent in attending to their tenants with passion, excellence and diligence and smile. On several occasions the team has shown exceptional attention to requests of their tenants and responded promptly with smiles and execution. Once again, it's a great team and we are happy to have Kevin Morrow and his able lieutenants to provide the comfort to make our stay cozy at Crest at Brier Creek.

Recently moved to the property and feel completely at home. From the amazing customer service provided from the leasing team, (Kevin and Brittney), to the promptness of concerns answered from the on grounds maintenance team, I truly am at home!

I had a great experience with my move. Brittany made everything an easy and smooth transition. She’s very personable and want to make sure you are satisfied. Maintenance addressed any issues moving in right away. I love the location and the staff is great.

As a new resident from out of state, I found the transition process at Brier Creek to be smooth and straightforward. Brittany provided excellent support, and Mikhaela was also very helpful. My experience here has been welcoming and inclusive so far. The staff promptly answered all my questions. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for the privacy of an apartment along with access to public amenities and a sense of community.
